In 2008 we purchased 3.3 acres of the farm on which Steve (Farmer) grew up.  As we both enjoy the outdoors, we knew we wanted to utilize the land as best we could. After some initial research and visits to numerous vineyards, we decided to invest in a "retirement project". Little did we understand the saying "if you have too much money, plant a vineyard". With 3 plantings and almost 1000 vines now behind us, the 2012 harvest was the most productive as we harvested over 6 tons of grapes. A few hundred more vines are in the plans which will bring the vineyard to maximum capacity. As the vines grew so did our knowledge of wine making. Small sample batches of wine have grown into the production of hundreds of gallons. The tasting room was a natural progression as we wanted to share with others the fruits of our labor.  We opened our doors for tasting's in late December of 2012.

We have been experimenting with some other fruits.  We purchased blueberries from Indiana and tried our hand at blueberry wine.  You really need to stop in for a taste of these new fruit wines.  Our Signature Knotty Blue has become a favorite and surprises many people.  We have also recently created a couple of dessert wines that are very sweet and fruity.  Our Jazzy Red has an intense raspberry flavor.

The end of May 2015, we completed an addition which was overdue and increased our seating capacity immensely.  We can't believe we had to add on in just over two short years and we are very grateful to our loyal customers who keep spreading the word about our wines. We now have room to host your private parties.
